How could this so-called boutique hotel allow water to leak all over the bathroom floor? Absolutely unacceptable! And don't get me started on the noise. My neighbors thought they were in a concert, slamming doors! I expected a complimentary breakfast upgrade or something for my troubles. I almost left a good review but just couldn't.

Shower door in the room was a bit loose, allowing water to leak into the bathroom. Noise from the bustling city can be a bit disruptive for those not used to it.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location in Thamel.
I experienced some frustrating maintenance issues . The air conditioning unit's heating function was not working, made the room quite uncomfortable at times. The breakfast options were limited and didn't cater to diverse tastes. This was particularly disappointing given the hotel's high reputation among travelers.

This was just a balanced option for a short visit in Kathmandu with a great value-to-price ratio. I really appreciated the helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me with local tour recommendations. Be prepared for some street noise if you're not used to it.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and had a perfect location for last-minute shopping. The food and drinks in the cafe were delicious, and the staff were cute and kind.
The only downside was the occasional noise from the street outside.

Great stay with awesome staff!
The staff were super friendly. They helped us plan treks and even packed us special breakfast boxes for early morning hikes. The rooftop bar was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just wish the shower was fixed up better-water got everywhere.
